Bienvenido a Aquí.PR. Al utilizar nuestro sitio web, aplicación móvil y servicio de newsletter por correo electrónico (colectivamente, el "Servicio"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Por favor, léalos cuidadosamente.

Aceptación de los Términos

Descripción del Servicio

Aquí.PR proporciona un servicio de agregación de noticias que entrega contenido curado de noticias puertorriqueñas a través de un sitio web, aplicación móvil y newsletters diarios por correo electrónico. El Servicio incluye resúmenes de artículos de noticias generados por inteligencia artificial de diversas fuentes.

Cuentas de Usuario

Para acceder a ciertas funciones del Servicio, es posible que necesite crear una cuenta. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de las credenciales de su cuenta y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta. Usted acepta notificarnos inmediatamente de cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

Propiedad Intelectual

El nombre Aquí.PR, el logotipo y todo el contenido relacionado, las características y la funcionalidad del Servicio son propiedad de Aquí.PR y están protegidos por derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puede copiar, modificar, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas basadas en nuestro Servicio sin nuestro permiso expreso por escrito.

Conducta del Usuario

Usted acepta no utilizar el Servicio de ninguna manera que: (a) viole cualquier ley o regulación aplicable; (b) infrinja los derechos de terceros; (c) interfiera con o interrumpa el Servicio; o (d) intente obtener acceso no autorizado a cualquier parte del Servicio.

Eliminación de Datos

Usted tiene derecho a solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta y datos personales en cualquier momento. Para solicitar la eliminación, por favor contáctenos en [email protected]. Las solicitudes de eliminación generalmente se procesan dentro de 7 a 14 días hábiles. Este proceso es irreversible.

No controlamos ni somos responsables del contenido, las políticas de privacidad o las prácticas de ningún sitio o servicio de terceros. Sus interacciones con contenido de terceros son únicamente entre usted y el tercero.

Nuestro Servicio hace referencia y resume contenido de diversas fuentes de noticias. Siempre citamos y damos crédito a las fuentes originales proporcionando atribución y enlaces a los artículos originales. Todo el contenido referenciado sigue siendo propiedad de sus respectivos dueños.

Indemnización

Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a Aquí.PR y a sus funcionarios, directores, empleados y agentes de y contra cualquier reclamo, responsabilidad, daños, pérdidas y gastos que surjan de o estén de alguna manera relacionados con su acceso o uso del Servicio o su violación de estos Términos.

Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier acción legal o procedimiento que surja bajo estos Términos se presentará exclusivamente en los tribunales ubicados en Puerto Rico.

Cambios a los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento.
